I have to agree that there should be a better way to secure the bottle in the sling and i found the strap for the sling was uncomfortable on my neck and I was constantly adjusting the pack to keep it from rubbing"

Even at its smallest it still hangs to low, and when bending or twist movements it falls forward and in the way; not sure what I was expecting. Plan on using it riding my horse and backpacking"
